How do I place an order?

Add the item to your cart, go to checkout and choose Bank Transfer (Invoice). We email you an invoice with payment details. See Payment Options.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States. The product price already includes delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

When will my order be delivered?

After your payment is confirmed, we contact you to confirm your address and schedule delivery, and we give you an estimated delivery window. Timing depends on the item and your location.

What do I need to prepare for delivery?

A delivery location that a large truck can reach and someone available to receive and inspect the item. Let us know in advance about any access restrictions.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched for a full refund of anything you have paid. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Do you sell to businesses?
