These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases from CLTCONEX SOLUTIONS (“we”, “us”) through cltconexsolutions.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include delivery within the United States. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown on your invoice. We make every effort to display products, specifications and prices accurately. If an error is found, we will contact you before processing your order and you may cancel for a full refund.

2. Orders and Payment

After you place an order we email you an invoice with our bank transfer details. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order that remains unpaid, and we will refund any payment for an order we are unable to fulfil. See our Payment Options page for details.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the item passes to you upon delivery.

4. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Warranty

Where an item carries a manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty terms apply. We will help you contact the manufacturer and make a claim.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
